Return Policy for Personalized Wall Art

Because each piece of our personalized wall art is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing error.

We kindly ask that you double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spellings, etc.) before placing your order. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us! If your artwork arrives with any defects or damage, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement at no cost.

We’re committed to making sure you love what you receive — please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions before or after your purchase!

Refunds
In the case of damaged, misprinted items where you prefer a refund: Reach out to our customer care team at support@yourmementos.com.  If the request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
